The club finished inside the National League play-off places last season but lost to Scunthorpe United in the eliminators. Dyer's appointment comes after a thorough recruitment process.
Dyer's Vision
Dyer said he was “really proud and privileged” to take charge of Southend United. He aims to get the club into the Football League, where it belongs. | Stat | Value | | --- | --- | | Contract Length | 2 years | | Option | 1 additional year |
